Phantom of the Opera

- Charlottesville's "Best Play of 2011"

- Phantom of the Opera was a smash in May of 2011 with record ticket sales, sets, special effects, and costuming. This fabulous cast of people, under the direction of Ms. Fay E. Cunningham, worked exceptionally hard to put on one of the best shows the AHS Players have seen to date.

2010- A Farce Odyssey 

-AHS's annual Farce was as funny as ever this year with scenes about zombies to hilarious forensic pieces. 

Disney's Beauty and the Beast

-Beauty and The Beast finished a fantastic run in May of 2010 with record ticket sales. Directed by Ms. Fay E. Cunningham with assistant directors Gabby Tate and Caitlin Tignor. 

The Real Inspector Hound

-The AHS Players traveled with American High School Theater Festival to the annual Fringe festival in Edinburgh, Scotland to perform one of Sir Tom Stoppard's hilarious farces. Audiences from all over the world ate up the eighty minute piece.  

-The Troupe was delighted to perform along side the best high school theater in the worlds premier arts festival.  



West Side Story closed with record-breaking sales. Thank you to those who helped us with the show's fantastic run.  The show was directed by Fay Cunningham and assistant director Caitlin Tignor.


She Stoops to Conquer finished its eight-month run with the proverbial bang as a part of the student production Raiders of the Lost Farce. Thank you to everyone who made the show what it was. We were happy to take on a difficult piece of British restoration comedy and pleased to share it with you. The show was directed by Fay Cunningham and assistant director Felisha N.
